RICKI WHIPPLE

Ricki Whipple represents the interests of employers, carriers, and servicing agents throughout the state of Florida, handling all aspects of workers’ compensation claims.  Ricki has significant experience in defending these claims on behalf of employers in the hospitality, restaurant, and pest-control industries. Ricki is a Florida Department of Insurance Certified Instructor and has lectured on workers’ compensation legal issues to employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators.

Ricki also serves the Orlando community through pro bono activities, including representing the elderly as well as intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals in guardianship proceedings through the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.  Additionally, Ricki serves as a Member of the Advisory Board for Best Buddies of Central Florida and helps to raise funding for programs to provide friendship, leadership, and job opportunities for youths and adults in the community with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
