KELLY L. KAY

Kelly Kay devotes her practice to the defense of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in claims arising under the Florida and Georgia Workers’ Compensation Acts, as well as claims brought under the Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and Defense Base Act.  She handles all facets of workers’ compensation, longshore, and Defense Base Act claims from the initial reporting of an accident and its investigation, through the discovery process to trial. Kelly obtained her B.S. degree in marketing and graduated cum laude with her J.D. degree from Florida State University.  In her spare time, Kelly enjoys cheering on the Florida State Seminoles and spending time with her dog, Louie.
