Hailey Parmenter

Hailey Parmenter's practice focuses on workers' compensation defense in the firm's Tennessee office. She has served as trial counsel in numerous cases in family law, workers' compensation and subrogation litigation.

Hailey is committed to keeping her clients informed, empowered and comfortable throughout every stage of the legal process. Her approachable style and clear communication ensure clients understand their options and feel supported when making key decisions. Prior to joining HRS, Hailey practiced across a range of civil litigation areas, developing a strong foundation in both insurance and domestic law. Her courtroom experience and cross-disciplinary background allows her to approach cases with confidence and strategic insight.

After seven years in Nashville, Hailey recently relocated to Memphis and is thrilled to be part of the community. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, yoga and reading, and is a proud pet mom to a Doberman Pinscher and two orange cats.
