CLAYTON E. ROBERTSON

Clay Robertson is a partner with Hickcox, Robertson & Stunda, LLC.  He is an honors graduate of the University of Florida and the Florida State University College of Law.  He is a member of the State Bars of Florida and Georgia and is admitted to practice before all Florida Courts, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia. 

Clay is a member of the Georgia Bar’s Workers' Compensation and Litigation sections, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Georgia Workers' Compensation Association, and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association where he is a past Chair of the Workers' Compensation Law Committee.  He holds a Medicare Set-aside Consultant Certified (MSCC) designation from the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC). 

Clay also proudly served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force on active duty and reserve and retired at the rank of Colonel after 21 years of service.  Additionally, Clay previously served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida, as well as a Special Assistant United States Attorney.  Clay enjoys golf, college football and spending time with his wife and three children.
